About the role
GDP Group Service, repair, upgrade, modify and replace building maintenance units (BMU's). We have built our reputation on providing superior customer service, competitive pricing, and rigorous safety protocols. You will play a critical role in undertaking both the requisite planned maintenance activities, troubleshooting/resolving breakdowns and deploying the best-practice long term solutions to increase reliability.
You are recognized as a subject matter expert with specialized knowledge and skills in procedures, techniques, tools, materials, and equipment. You will be entrusted with adapting standard methods and procedures by applying your knowledge, prior work experiences and requirements. You will arrive at decisions on which methods and procedures are the best fit for different work situations.
Key responsibilities
- Service, repair, upgrade, modify and replace building maintenance units (BMU's)
- Undertake planned maintenance activities
- Troubleshoot and resolve breakdowns
- Deploy best-practice long term solutions to increase reliability
- Work in a small team workplace
About you
- Qualified Fitter
- Full Working Rights
- Australian Driver's License
- White Card
- Clean police record
- Demonstrated well developed fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- The ability to work in a small team without close supervision
- Customer focused with good communication skills
- Be physically fit
- Thorough knowledge of WHS regulations & procedures

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40.00 – $55.00 per hour
