Description The role is a casual, Medical Receptionist position, available to work shifts across the week (Monday to Friday) between 8am and 5pm. This role is based at our Mount Isa clinic.

Role Overview:

As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients.

Your responsibilities will include

- Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check-in procedures.
- Answering emails and phone calls promptly and handling inquiries professionally.
- Advising patients of preparation prior to relevant scans.
- Billing procedures – private, Medicare, workers compensation, and DVA.
- Collaborating with clerical and technical staff, radiologists, and referrers.

✅ Relevant reception/customer service experience.

✅ Confidence working across multiple screens and systems.
