As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a motivated and results-driven Education & Migration Consultant to join our Adelaide team.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing migration and education agency with an expanding presence across Australia, Malaysia, New Zealand and China.

About the Role In this role, you will manage student enquiries, provide professional education consultation, drive enrolments for partner institutions, and support clients throughout their study application journey.

You will work closely with our education and migration teams in Adelaide as well as our international teams to provide a smooth client experience from initial consultation through to application, enrolment and visa preparation.

The role is ideal for someone who is sales-driven, organised, confident in client communication and capable of independently managing prospective students throughout their enrolment journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct consultations with prospective international students and recommend suitable study options and education pathways in Australia and Current Zealand.
- Manage prospective students from initial enquiry through to consultation, application, offer acceptance and enrolment.
- Assist clients with school, college and university applications, offer letters, Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) and enrolment procedures.




- Support clients with the preparation and collection of documents for Student Visa applications under the guidance of registered migration agents and migration professionals.
- Liaise with students, education institutions and internal teams regarding applications and enrolment progress.
- Manage and follow up on leads and prospective clients to drive student enrolments and achieve sales targets.
- Work with education providers to organise recruitment events, seminars and student engagement activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partner institutions and education providers.
- Handle client enquiries via phone, email, messaging platforms and face-to-face consultation.
- Maintain accurate client records, application documentation and internal case notes.
- Work closely with migration consultants and visa support teams to ensure applications and documentation are completed accurately and within deadlines.
- Keep up to date with education, visa and industry developments and participate in relevant internal training.
- Provide general visa process information where appropriate and refer migration advice and complex visa matters to registered migration agents or legal practitioners.

Requirements

- Proven experience in student recruitment, sales or a related client-facing role.
- Experience working within a migration and education agency will be highly regarded.
- Good understanding of the Australian & Current Zealand education system and international student market.
- Experience working with KPIs,



recruitment targets and sales conversion goals.
- Ability to independently manage the student enrolment journey from enquiry through to enrolment.
- Strong communication, consultation, sales and client management skills.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
- Cantonese proficiency will be highly regarded.
- Experience with Australian & New Zealand Student Visa processes will be highly regarded.
- QEAC qualification, or willingness to obtain QEAC, will be highly regarded.
- OMARA registration as a Registered Migration Agent (MARN) will be highly regarded.
- Must have full working rights in Australia.
