Lead the growth of trauma-informed, culturally safe services that help survivors navigate pathways to justice.

- 12 months fixed term, part-time 0.8 FTE to full-time negotiable
- National role, based in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane or Perth

Knowmore is seeking an experienced and values-led National Manager – Justice Pathways and Service Expansion to lead the development, delivery and expansion of multidisciplinary services for survivors whose abuse occurred outside institutional settings.

Reporting to the Director, Client Engagement and Support, you will shape accessible and integrated service models, strengthen justice pathways and build partnerships that reduce fragmentation across legal, social and support systems. Working nationally, you will bring structure, accountability and a strong project management approach to new initiatives and embed successful services into ongoing operations.

In this role, you will:

- Lead the expansion and increased visibility of Knowmore’s services, including targeted approaches for underserved communities.
- Design and evaluate service models, initiatives and systems that support survivors to pursue a range of justice-making options.
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams across legal, social work, financial
- Strengthen trauma-informed, culturally safe and collaborative practice and equip staff to respond safely and confidently to disclosures.
- Build effective partnerships with sexual assault services, hospitals, police and other frontline agencies to improve referrals and coordinated responses.




- Use data and reporting to demonstrate outcomes, inform strategy and drive continuous improvement.
- Represent Knowmore at sector forums, events and stakeholder meetings.

About you

You are a strategic and collaborative leader with experience delivering government-funded community, health or legal programs. You can translate vision into practical service models, lead across multiple locations and build trusted relationships across complex service systems.

You will bring:

- At least five years’ management experience in government-funded community services, health or legal programs.
- Demonstrated leadership of high-quality, trauma-informed and culturally protected multidisciplinary services.
- Experience leading nationally across multiple sites, including coaching, supervision, professional guidance and performance management.
- Strong strategic, project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients, communities and organisations.
- Highly developed stakeholder engagement skills and confidence representing an organisation externally.
- A strong commitment to Knowmore’s values,



practice model and the wellbeing and resilience of yourself and others.

Qualifications and requirements

- A relevant tertiary qualification in social work, psychology or a related community services discipline.
- A satisfactory National Police Records Check and Working with Children Check.
- Capacity to undertake intrastate and interstate travel
