National Sales Manager - Aesthetics

This is a newly created role. Due to ongoing growth and expansion, there's an opportunity for an experienced National Sales Manager to lead the business into its next phase of growth.

The business is reputable and award-winning with strong market presence and a track record of organic growth.

You'll coach, mentor, and develop the team while driving business expansion across both skincare and devices. Build pipeline. Develop accounts. Make sure strategy turns into results.

What you'd actually be doing

Work alongside the team - you're in the market, alongside your people. You're coaching and developing them while growing the business at the same time. You're not choosing between one or the other, you do both.

Hybrid role. Melbourne-based. Limited travel - mostly events and key activities. You get to know the people you're managing.

You'll bring

Proven experience leading and developing a sales team in aesthetics. You've improved how teams perform,



and you know how to balance support with accountability.

Commercially sharp. You understand this market - the dynamics, what it takes to win across device and skincare.

At least two years of experience managing a sales team in aesthetics. Device and skincare experience is valuable.

Salary negotiable depending on experience.
