We're on the hunt for a Network Operations Supervisor to take the wheel on the minute-by-minute performance of our live transport network — where no two days (or minutes!) look the same. The Opportunity

Leading a team of Network Controllers, you'll be the driving force behind daily on-time running, reliability, and network KPIs — proactively steering operations rather than just reacting to them. This is a genuinely hands-on leadership role: your impact will be measured in an engaged, high-performing team and seamless communication across the business. You'll be the calm, decisive presence Network Controllers turn to during incidents and emergencies — always leading with safety and a drive for continuous improvement.

What You'll Be Doing

- Leading and inspiring a team of Network Controllers — coaching through regular 1-1s to fuel performance and career growth
- Owning network activities end-to-end, from service departure to nailing KPIs like on-time running, reliability, and incident management
- Teaming up with the Manager – Network Performance and Disruptions to shape bold, proactive network strategies
- Being the first point of call when things heat up — providing quick, confident support to Network Controllers during incidents and emergencies
- Bridging communication between Network Controllers, depots, workshops, and external stakeholders to keep everyone in sync
- Digging into performance data and team feedback to spot opportunities and drive real improvement




- Keeping disruptions and incidents accurately logged and escalated in line with company policy
- Spotting talent and training opportunities to help your team level up

What You'll Bring

- Proven experience supervising operations in a dynamic, high-energy environment
- Natural leadership and people skills — you know how to manage a team and make the tough calls with confidence
- Sharp, clear communication — whether face-to-face, over the radio, or on the phone
- A self-starter mindset with genuine enthusiasm for a role where change is the only constant
- Strong analytical instincts and sound judgement — you can run the show autonomously
- Confident with Microsoft Office, business intelligence tools, and vehicle tracking/operations systems
- A minimum medium rigid driver's licence (or willingness to get one) and a Working with Children Check
