We're seeking an experienced New Home Sales Consultant to take ownership of our brand-new display at Rivermont, a flagship Stockland community in the City of Moreton Bay.

Set amongst rolling landscapes where mountain ranges meet country comfort, Rivermont offers a fresh take on modern family living. With our Eva and Erica homes on display we're looking for someone ready to establish themselves in the community and become the trusted face of our brand from opening day.

This is not an entry-level sales opportunity.

We're looking for someone who understands the residential building journey, knows how to guide buyers through design and build discussions, and can confidently convert opportunities into signed contracts.

You'll receive support, systems and training in our processes, but you'll bring the new home sales experience needed to hit the ground running.

What you'll be doing

As the sole consultant for the display, you'll take ownership of the customer journey from first enquiry through to contract.

Your day-to-day will include:

- Welcoming and engaging visitors to the display centre
- Generating and managing your own sales pipeline
- Qualifying buyers and understanding their lifestyle and budget requirements
- Presenting home designs, inclusions, upgrades and house and land solutions
- Guiding customers through the new build process with confidence and credibility
- Preparing proposals and progressing customers through to contract
- Building strong relationships with developers, referral partners and local stakeholders
- Consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets

What you’ll bring To be successful in this role, you'll already have demonstrated success selling new homes and a solid understanding of the residential construction journey.





We're looking for someone with:

- Proven experience as a New Home Sales Consultant within a project or volume building environment
- Demonstrated success converting enquiries into signed contracts
- Strong understanding of the customer journey from enquiry through to contract
- Experience discussing floorplans, inclusions, site considerations and build options with clients
- A commercial mindset and ability to identify opportunities to maximise sales outcomes
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
- Robust self-management skills and the ability to work autonomously
- Confidence building a pipeline and generating business within a new community

Most importantly, you're someone who earns trust quickly, understands what home buyers need at each stage of their journey, and knows how to create an experience that keeps customers engaged and moving forward.
