Nurse Unit Manager – Mental Health HUB (MHHUB)

About the role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Nurse Unit Manager to provide senior nursing and operational leadership to the Mental Health HUB (MHHUB). The MHHUB is a 24/7 virtual mental health service based at Bloomfield Hospital in Orange Health Campus. The MHHUB connects patients and healthcare teams across NSW with senior psychiatric expertise, supporting timely access to specialist mental health care.
The Nurse Unit Manager will lead the delivery of high-quality, safe and person-centred virtual mental health services across NSW. Working closely with senior clinical leaders, psychiatrists, nursing staff and multidisciplinary teams, the successful candidate will oversee day-to-day service operations while driving clinical excellence, workforce management, quality improvement and service performance.
This key leadership role offers the opportunity to influence the ongoing development of an innovative virtual mental health service and support access to the right care, in the right place, at the right time for patients across NSW.
