What Your Day Could Look Like
As an Occupational Therapist, you'll play a key role in supporting people on their recovery journey while strengthening mental health outcomes across the community. From delivering person-centred therapy to partnering with multidisciplinary colleagues, your work will create opportunities for individuals to build confidence, independence and wellbeing.

- Delivering tailored interventions that help people achieve meaningful recovery goals and improved daily functioning.
- Partnering with consumers, families and multidisciplinary teams to create positive, coordinated care experiences.
- Using evidence-informed practice to guide clinical decisions and support quality service outcomes.
- Contributing to service improvement, education and supervision activities that strengthen care delivery across the team.

- Current Occupational Therapy registration with AHPRA and a recognised tertiary qualification.
- Experience delivering high-quality occupational therapy services, ideally within mental health settings.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills within multidisciplinary environments.
- A commitment to evidence-based practice, continuous learning and quality improvement.
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience supporting complex mental health presentations and/or experience supervising students or emerging clinicians. Most importantly, you'll be passionate about improving mental health outcomes and creating positive change through Compassion, Integrity, Dignity, Innovation and Courage.
