Lead the design of Oracle HCM solutions across Core HR, Talent Management, Learning, Workforce Compensation, Recruitment, and related modules, ensuring business requirements are translated into scalable, compliant, and fit-for-purpose solutions aligned to enterprise architecture and target operating models.

? Key Responsibilities

- Design end-to-end Oracle HCM solutions aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, implementation partners, integration, security, reporting, and data migration teams.
- Assess impacts across HR, Payroll, Workforce Management, and downstream systems.
- Support solution governance, design reviews, and architecture approvals.
- Advise on Oracle best practices, release features,



and roadmap opportunities.
- Contribute to testing, defect resolution, cutover planning, and go-live readiness.

? Required Skills & Experience

- 7+ years of experience delivering Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
- Robust expertise in Core HR and one or more modules: Talent Management, Learning, Recruiting, Workforce Compensation, or Workforce Management.
- Experience in large-scale HR transformation programs.
- Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of Oracle HCM integrations, security, reporting, and data migration.
- Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall delivery environments.
