- Delivering evidence-based oral health care and education that improves patient outcomes and supports long-term wellbeing.
- Building trusted relationships with patients, families and colleagues to provide coordinated, person-centred care.

- Current Oral Health Therapist registration and relevant qualification.
- Ability to deliver contemporary oral health care and education.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to continuous learning and safe practice.
