About the roleWe are seeking a skilled and reliable Painter, predominantly working Monday to Friday, to help maintain the appearance and presentation of our Care Communities across South East Queensland.Reporting to the Regional Property Manager and working closely with the General Manager and Maintenance team, you'll undertake interior and exterior painting, surface preparation, touch-up works, and minor repairs to ensure our home remains welcoming, protected, and visually appealing for residents, families, visitors, and team members.This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who takes pride in their workmanship, enjoys working independently, and understands the importance of creating a comfortable environment for older Australians.

This role will involve travel across multiple Care Communities throughout South East QueenslandWhat you'll doPerform internal and external painting works across the Care CommunitiesPrepare surfaces including patching, sanding, filling and minor repairsComplete touch-up painting and refurbishment projectsEnsure work areas are left clean,
