Parts Storeperson

Your New Opportunity:

An exciting full-time, permanent opportunity is now available for an experienced Parts Storeperson to join the Parts team at Porsche Centre Melbourne, part of the Penske Automotive Australia group.

Located in Collingwood, this role is responsible for the accurate receipt, storage, picking, packing and issuing of automotive parts, ensuring the Parts Department operates efficiently and workshop requirements are supported to the highest standard.

Working within a premium Porsche dealership environment, you will play an key role in maintaining accurate inventory, supporting workshop operations and delivering exceptional service to internal and external customers.

In this role, you will:

- Receive incoming parts and goods, checking quantities and condition against delivery manifests.
- Store parts accurately using RF scanning and ensure stock is maintained in the correct locations.
- Pick, pack and consolidate parts in accordance with picking slips and customer delivery requirements.
- Maintain accurate stock control and minimise inventory discrepancies through regular checking and review.
- Ensure timely supply of parts and information to support workshop jobs and daily operations.
- Participate in regular stocktakes and assist with maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Identify and report damaged, defective or non-conforming products through the appropriate processes.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse and work environment.
- Accurately receipt Parts stock into the required systems.
- Assist with merchandising displays and ensure products are clean, organised and well presented.
- Assist with core return program documentation and other Parts administration duties.
- Support a strong safety-first culture and comply with all company policies, procedures and HSE requirements.

About You:

- Previous experience in a Parts Warehouse or Storeperson position, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accurate stock control.




- Ability to read and interpret parts catalogues, bulletins and support literature.
- Competent computer skills, including Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Experience with RF scanning and warehouse inventory systems is highly regarded.
- A current LO licence is highly regarded and required for certain warehouse and rack-picking duties.
- Well organised with the ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and reliable approach with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the Parts and Workshop teams.
- A commitment to workplace health, safety and maintaining a clean and professional environment.
