Join Parkerville Children and Youth Care as our Fundraising & Partnerships professional and help build the corporate, community and philanthropic partnerships that support better outcomes for children, young people and families.

This is a full time, permanent role based in Burswood with ad hoc travel across sites required.

What you’ll do

- Build and manage corporate, community and philanthropic partnerships
- Identify and develop new fundraising and income opportunities
- Create compelling proposals, pitches and donor experiences
- Manage prospect pipelines and supporter stewardship
- Coordinate corporate volunteering opportunities
- Represent Parkerville at events and with external stakeholders
- Maintain CRM records and report on fundraising performance

What you’ll bring
- 3+ years’ experience in fundraising, philanthropy, partnerships or relationship management
- Proven experience achieving fundraising or income targets
- Excellent communication,



relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Robust organisation and pipeline management skills
- Experience using a fundraising CRM such as Clarety or Salesforce
- A genuine passion for creating positive social impact
