Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated Physiotherapist with at least 12–18 months post-graduate experience to provide high-quality, client-centred physiotherapy services. The role involves independently managing a range of uncomplicated to moderately complex client presentations while working within a multidisciplinary team and adhering to Australian clinical, legal, and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct client-centred assessments including history taking and physical examination

- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans for a range of clinical conditions

- Deliver protected and effective physiotherapy interventions and monitor outcomes

- Establish treatment goals collaboratively with clients

- Recognise scope of practice limitations and refer/escalate cases appropriately

- Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support coordinated care

- Participate in quality improvement, safety, and risk management processes

- Promote health, wellbeing, and injury prevention strategies

- Engage in ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice

- Build patient base and work proactively to build awareness of the Practice and its offerings, including health marketing and promotional activities

- Active community and stakeholder engagement activities, including optimising social media presence for outreach and education

Essential:

- Bachelor or Master of Physiotherapy

- Current or eligible AHPRA registration

- Minimum 12–18 months relevant clinical experience

- Ability to independently manage physiotherapy cases and assess when escalation is required

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Demonstrated commitment to client-centred care

- Current driver’s licence

Desirable:





- Experience in aged care, community, private practice or hospital settings with demonstrable engagement with various allied health modalities and multidisciplinary teams

- Evidence of ongoing professional development

- Experience in business development or community engagement activities

- Demonstrated commitment to a patient-first approach, including respect for client dignity, cultural safety, autonomy, and informed decision-making

- Ability to prioritise workload and manage competing demands while maintaining quality of care, safety, and professional accountability

- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement, enabling strong therapeutic relationships with clients, families, and the broader care team

- Team collaboration and coordinated care delivery across multidisciplinary environments to achieve optimal client outcomes

- Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement, including participation in clinical governance and professional development

- Commercial awareness and community engagement, including the ability to support service growth through:

- Building relationships with referral networks (e.g. GPs, community organisations)

- Promoting services within the community

- Contributing to business development, marketing and promotional initiatives in line with organisational goals

Compliance Requirements

- Compliance with AHPRA and professional registration standards

- Adherence to workplace health and safety requirements

- National Police Check and Working With Children Check (as applicable)

- Compliance with organisational policies and procedures
