Plumbers – Permanent Full-Time

Perth Metro | $52–$55/hr | Permanent Full-Time | Occasional Regional DIDO

CrewSELECT is seeking 2 experienced Plumbers to join an established plumbing contractor offering secure, permanent work across Perth Metro, with occasional regional DIDO work throughout WA.

This role is predominantly Perth-based, with the majority of your time spent working between Henderson and Jandakot, building and fitting out transportable buildings. Local work can offer up to 10-hour days, providing consistent hours and strong earning potential.

From time to time, employees may be required to attend regional sites. These trips are generally day trips only, with a company work ute provided for DIDO travel and full applicable penalties paid.

About the Role

Your primary focus will be working across the company's Henderson and Jandakot locations, completing plumbing works associated with the construction and fit-out of transportable buildings.

The position also offers variety, with opportunities to assist across commercial projects, civil drainage, maintenance and occasional regional site works.

Day-to-day duties may include:

- Plumbing installation and fit-out of transportable buildings
- Commercial plumbing installations




- General plumbing maintenance and repairs
- Civil and underground drainage
- Installation of plumbing fixtures, pipework and associated services
- Ad hoc maintenance and repair work
- Reading plans and completing work to project specifications
- Working safely and efficiently across workshop and site environments
- Occasional DIDO travel to regional WA sites

Regional Work

While the position can involve regional projects, this is not a predominantly regional or FIFO role.

When regional assistance is required, it will generally involve DIDO day trips, allowing employees to return home rather than remain away for extended periods. A company work ute will be provided for travel, and employees will receive full applicable penalty rates for regional work.

This makes the opportunity well suited to plumbers wanting the earning potential and variety of occasional regional work while maintaining a mainly Perth-based position.

About You

We are looking for experienced, reliable plumbers who are comfortable working across different types of projects and can produce quality work with minimal supervision.

To be considered, you will ideally have:

- Relevant plumbing trade qualification
- Current plumbing licence applicable to work in WA
- Construction White Card
- Current Driver's Licence
- Previous commercial plumbing experience
- Experience with plumbing installations and fit-outs
- Civil drainage and maintenance experience highly regarded
- Ability to work up to 10-hour days when required
- Willingness to undertake occasional regional DIDO work
- Robust commitment to safety and quality workmanship
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
