We are currently seeking Registered Nurses to join our growing network of medical centres.

Whether your passion is treatment room nursing, chronic disease management, preventative health, or patient education, we offer rewarding opportunities to work within supportive multidisciplinary teams across a range of locations.

You'll be expected to: Deliver high-quality clinical care within a general practice setting

Administer vaccinations, medications, and perform diagnostic testing including ECGs and spirometry

Perform wound care, dressings, suture removal, bandaging, and plastering

Assist with triage and emergency management when required

Support GPs with Health Assessments, GP Management Plans, Team Care Arrangements, and Chronic Disease Management activities

Coordinate care and follow-up for patients living with chronic conditions

Conduct health assessments and preventative health initiatives

Educate patients about their conditions, treatments, and available healthcare services

Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation

Support quality improvement, accreditation, and infection control activities About You

The two most important attributes in you are: A genuine passion for patient care and community health A collaborative approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment Ideally, you'll have:



Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN)

Bachelor of Nursing qualification

Minimum 2 years' clinical nursing experience

Previous General Practice or Primary Care experience (highly regarded)

Experience in Chronic Disease Management and preventative health programs

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent clinical assessment and organisational abilities
