Precast Labourers – Darwin, NT

Immediate Start | $40–$45 per hour | 6-Week Project

Synergie Australia is currently seeking experienced Precast Labourers for an immediate start on a project based in Darwin, NT.

This is a great opportunity for candidates with previous precast or concrete experience looking to secure solid project work with competitive hourly rates.

About the Role

Working as part of an experienced construction team, you will assist with the manufacture and preparation of precast concrete products. Duties may include:

- Assisting with precast concrete production
- Setting up and stripping formwork and moulds
- Steel fixing and reinforcement preparation
- Concrete pouring, finishing and patching
- Installing cast-in components and assisting with general fabrication
- Using hand and power tools
- Manual handling and general labouring
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area
- Following site safety procedures and instructions

About You

To be considered, you will ideally have:
- Previous precast concrete experience




- Experience with formwork, steel fixing and/or concrete works
- Construction or civil labouring experience
- Current White Card
- Confidence using hand and power tools
- Positive level of physical fitness
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Reliable transport and ability to attend work consistently
