In this role, you'll:
Be working as a part of a small, specialised team as a Primavera P6 Administrator based within Sydney Trains Engineering & Maintenance, Asset Management Division.
The role is responsible for system administration and providing subject matter expertise for the Sydney Trains enterprise project management system (Primavera P6), which is used to optimise the integrated planning and delivery of more than 1,000 major periodic maintenance, capital and external projects per year.
The role is also integral to continuous improvement practices for Sydney Trains processes and systems, assisting project teams in developing the optimal future state.
Please note, this is a temporary (fixed-term) position until July 2027.

About you
We are looking for someone who can take accountability by being proactive in a changing environment.
You will need to have project scheduling experience, ideally in Primavera P6.
Experience with SAP,
MS Excel and BI reporting will be an added advantage.
With strong written and verbal communication skills, you are comfortable liaising with a range of stakeholders.
You have a solid understanding of project management best practice including managing cost, resources, and time along with the ability to coordinate and deliver training sessions to a range of users.
