Full-Time Wakefield

Teaching Personnel are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable candidate that would be comfortable working with students as a Teaching Assistant.

- Salary: £92 - £105 per day (depending on experience)

- Hours: 8:15-15:30 (may vary)

- EYFS and Primary

Qualifications and Experience:

- A minimum of a Level 2 Certificate in Early Years Education or Childcare is an advantage, but not mandatory.
- Previous experience working with young children in an educational or childcare setting.
- Basic first aid certification is an advantage, but not mandatory.

Responsibilities within this role include:

- Planning and deliver small group tutoring or catch-up programmes.
- Helping pupils stay engaged and motivated with their learning.
- Working closely with the class teacher to support pupils’ individual needs.
- Undertaking break time and lunch time duties as directed.
- Maintaining good working relationships with colleagues, students and parents/carers to ensure a brilliant level of communication.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
