Red Yolk is looking for an experienced Talent Manager to join our growing influencer and creator agency.

We’re a Melbourne-based, social-first agency working across Australia and New Zealand, partnering with leading brands while representing a growing roster of creators.

This role will see you take ownership of an existing portfolio of talent while also identifying and signing new creators to Red Yolk.

You’ll work closely with your creators to grow their careers, commercial opportunities and long-term value, while building strong relationships with brands, agencies and talent partners across the industry.

This is a mid-level role suited to someone who already understands influencer talent management and is ready to take greater ownership of a portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and grow a portfolio of Australian creators
- Act as the primary day-to-day manager and trusted point of contact for your talent
- Identify, negotiate and manage brand partnerships, ambassadorships, licensing and longer-term commercial opportunities
- Proactively pitch talent to brands and agencies rather than relying solely on inbound briefs
- Negotiate creator fees, deliverables, usage rights and commercial terms
- Support creators with career strategy, positioning, content direction and commercial growth
- Identify and sign new creators who align with Red Yolk’s talent strategy
- Build strong relationships across brands, agencies, platforms and talent networks
- Manage briefs, contracts, approvals, timelines, invoicing and campaign requirements across your portfolio




- Work closely with Red Yolk’s wider campaign team to identify opportunities for represented talent
- Stay across emerging creators, platform trends and developments across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and the broader creator economyWork towards clear portfolio revenue and growth targets

What We’re Looking For:

- 2–3+ years’ experience across talent management, influencer marketing, creator partnerships, PR, media or entertainment
- Demonstrated experience managing or commercially representing creators
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
- A commercial mindset and confidence working towards revenue targets
- Ability to proactively create opportunities for talent, not simply process inbound briefs
- Strong understanding of creator rates, usage, licensing and brand partnerships
- Excellent communication skills and confidence having both positive and difficult conversations with talent
- Strong organisation and the ability to manage multiple creators, campaigns and opportunities at once
- Deep understanding of Australian social media and creator culture
- Proactive, solutions-focused and comfortable working with a high level of autonomy

- Experience signing and developing emerging creators
- Examples of creators you have helped grow commercially or strategically
- Experience negotiating ambassador or longer-term brand partnerships
- Experience using Monday.com or similar project management tools
- Experience working across both Australian and New Zealand creator markets
