About the role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex engineering projects. You will be responsible for ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves managing scope, resources, cost, schedule, procurement, and communication across all project phases.

About you:

- You have several years of experience managing engineering or technical projects.

- You are well-organised, detail-oriented, and always across every aspect of your projects.

- You are an effective communicator, capable of writing clear, concise reports and adapting your messaging for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- You are accountable, outcome-focused, and committed to delivering successful projects

Key responsibilities:

- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and delivery milestones.

- Oversee resource allocation and workload balancing across teams.

- Manage project budget and costs, tracking against forecast and controlling variances.

- Ensure quality assurance processes and project deliverables meet required standards.

- Manage procurement processes and coordinate subcontractors or external vendors.

- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.

- Maintain strong and transparent stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle

Your experience and skills:

- Proven experience as a Project Manager on technical, software, or engineering projects.

- Strong understanding of engineering processes and software development lifecycles.





- Experience as a Systems Engineer or in a technical leadership role is highly valued.

- Proficient in project management tools and frameworks (e.g., Gantt charts, Agile, Jira, MS Project).

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
