PROPERTY MANAGER | PART-TIME | 100 PROPERTIES | WEST An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced Property Manager to join a growing property management business in Melbourne's West.

The role offers genuine flexibility, with the successful candidate managing an established portfolio of approximately 100 properties across just 3 days per week, working 5 hours per day.

As the business continues to grow, there is potential for the position to increase to full time hours, although the successful candidate can also remain permanently part-time.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Managing an established residential portfolio of approximately 100 properties
- Managing landlord and tenant relationships
- Coordinating repairs and maintenance
- Conducting routine inspections and condition reports
- Managing lease renewals and rental reviews
- Managing arrears
- Processing applications and tenant enquiries
- Ensuring properties remain compliant with relevant legislation
- Liaising with trades and service providers
- Maintaining accurate property records




- Providing a high level of service to landlords and tenants
- Managing general Property Management administration

What We're Looking For:

- Previous residential Property Management experience
- Mid-level Property Manager preferred
- Ability to independently manage a portfolio
- Strong organisation and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong attention to detail
