Property Manager | $65K-$75K An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Property Manager to join a supportive residential property management team.

This role offers flexibility around working days, with the choice of Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday. The portfolio is predominantly local, and Saturday work is rarely a full day.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Managing an end-to-end residential property portfolio
- Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Coordinating leasing, inspections and maintenance
- Managing arrears, renewals and general tenancy matters
- Maintaining accurate property records and documentation
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, contractors and other stakeholders
- Providing high-quality customer service throughout the tenancy lifecycle

What We're Looking For:

- Previous residential Property Management experience




- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities
- Proactive and reliable approach
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Current Agent's Representative Certificate
- Driver's licence and reliable vehicle The Details:
