Property Manager / Senior Property Manager | Inner East | $80K-$90K + Super An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Property Manager or Senior Property Manager to join a boutique residential property management business in Melbourne's Inner East.

This is an end-to-end portfolio management role overseeing approximately 140 properties, with leasing support provided. You'll join a small, experienced team within an established business where the focus is simply on having the right person who knows how to do the job well.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Managing an end-to-end portfolio of approximately 140 properties
- Building and maintaining strong landlord and tenant relationships
- Managing all aspects of day-to-day Property Management
- Coordinating maintenance, inspections and tenancy matters
- Managing arrears, renewals and compliance
- Handling routine portfolio administration and documentation
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, contractors and other stakeholders
- Maintaining accurate records across PropertyMe and relevant systems




- Working closely with the leasing team to ensure a smooth tenancy process
- Providing high-quality customer service throughout the tenancy lifecycle

What We're Looking For:

- Ideally 3-5+ years of residential Property Management experience
- Strong end-to-end Property Management experience
- Confident managing a portfolio independently
- Highly organised with robust attention to detail
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proactive, reliable and capable of taking ownership
- Strong understanding of residential tenancy processes
- Experience with PropertyMe and Inspection Express preferred
- Current Agent's Representative Certificate
- Victorian driver's licence and reliable vehicle The Details:
