The Role

We are seeking a reliable, friendly, and well-presented individual to join our team in Merrylands. This role is ideal for someone who is mature, organised, and capable of delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

- First Point of Contact: Greet patients with a warm and professional welcome.
- Communication Management: Manage incoming calls and handle all enquiries promptly.
- Scheduling: Efficiently coordinate and organise patient appointments.
- Financial Processing: Process patient accounts, payments, and health fund claims.
- Documentation: Type and accurately format patient reports.
- Liaison:



Coordinate with insurers, case managers, and government departments as required.
- Clinical Support: Assist with general administrative duties, maintain supplies, and support the clinical team.

Requirements

- Experience: Previous experience in a medical or allied health setting is highly preferred.
- Skills: Exceptional organisational skills and a high level of professionalism.
- Language: Fluency in Farsi is a robust advantage to better serve our diverse community.
- Attributes: A mature-minded approach with a commitment to patient-centered care.

Position Details

- Type: Part-time.
