Kimberley Hotel in Halls Creek WA is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Receptionist. You will be responsible for all guest reception services and front office administration tasks including but not limited to: Guest check-in/out; reservations; taking payments; cash balancing; face to face, telephone and email enquirers, bookings and general correspondence and must display outstanding customer service levels at all times.

Kimberley Hotel has an 80 room hotel with a la carte restaurant, 3 bars (sports, cocktail & saloon) and bistro dining alongside a 100 Single person quarter camp and associated catering arrangement with a local resource company. Most of the up to 50 staff also live on-site and this is the only pub in the town of over 1,500 residents plus a seasonal tourist trade. Make no mistake, this is a very busy hotel and fun place to live, work, experience and explore the beautiful Kimberley region.

Successful candidates will:

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred

Enjoy working as part of a team but also possess the ability to work autonomously

Ability to demonstrate a commitment to outstanding customer service

Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

Strong organizational skills with clear focus on quality and standards





Computer proficient - RMS experience preferred

Excellent grooming and presentation A flexible attitude to working hours as this role does involve weekend & public holidays
