About the Role

- Manage end-to-end recruitment across a broad range of operational and corporate positions
- Lead recruitment campaigns for frontline blue-collar roles including trades and services
- Recruit for white-collar functions including operations, sales, finance and administration
- Build talent pipelines and attraction strategies to support future hiring needs
- Review and improve recruitment processes to drive efficiency and candidate experience
- Create sustainable talent pools for hard-to-fill operational positions

About You

- Previous experience working as an Internal Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruitment Advisor




- Strong end-to-end recruitment capability across multiple disciplines
- Comfortable working autonomously and driving outcomes independently, self-managing administrative needs
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience within manufacturing, industrial, resources or a similar operational environment will be highly regarded
