The Role What if your skills mattered more than your job title?

At AMS, we’re building teams that are curious, collaborative, and committed to doing great work. We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager (Manager, Client Services) who is passionate about recruitment excellence, people leadership, and building strong client partnerships.

In this role, you’ll lead a high-performing team of Recruiters and take ownership of recruitment delivery for a complex client solution. You’ll be responsible for relationship management, operational performance, and the annual budget, while ensuring the team delivers against all agreed quality and contractual expectations.

Working closely with the Director, you’ll also help drive the business area’s commercial and people strategy, shape recruitment solutions, and create an environment where your team can perform, learn, and grow.

Key Accountabilities

What you’ll be doing:

As a Manager, you’ll:

- Lead and inspire a team of recruiters, fostering engagement, development, and wellbeing.
- Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, aligning recruitment strategies with business goals.




- Resilient under pressure - experience working to and achieving demanding targets, ratios and SLAs and working to tight deadlines in a fast-moving setting
- Subject matter expertise in local recruitment practices including sourcing strategies, recruitment models, best practice recruitment
- Ensure delivery against SLAs, KPIs, and budget targets, while maintaining compliance and data integrity.
- Champion continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance service, efficiency, and financial outcomes.
- Be a role model of AMS behaviours, driving inclusion, collaboration, and innovation.

Skills & Requirements

You’ll need to demonstrate:

- Proven experience in recruitment delivery and team leadership preferably within a professional services and regulated industry
- Strong communication skills in English
- Demonstrable ability to build a position as a trusted advisor, engage and influence senior stakeholders towards a course of action
- Experience of developing and delivering end-to-end recruitment campaign strategies. Experience enhancing recruitment processes to improve outcomes (e.g. decreased time to hire, increased quality of hire, fulfilment targets)
- Experience managing a small team, demonstrable ability to manage, coach and develop direct reports
- Thorough understanding of legislation affecting area of work (e.g. age discrimination, IR35/The Good Work Plan) and ability to guide and advise clients on legislation
- Agile in response to change or uncertainty
- Resilient under pressure - experience working to and achieving demanding targets,
