What Your Day Could Look Like

As a Registered Midwife - Caseload, you'll play a vital role in supporting women and families through some of life's most significant moments. Working within a continuity of care model, you'll build meaningful relationships, deliver safe, evidence-based care, and contribute to positive maternity outcomes in your community.

- Providing personalised care across the maternity journey, supporting women to make informed decisions and achieve the best outcomes.
- Building trusted partnerships with women, families and healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated, high-quality care.
- Using your clinical judgement and problem-solving skills to respond to changing needs and provide safe, holistic care.
- Supporting learning, quality improvement and excellence by sharing knowledge, mentoring others and contributing to better maternity services.

You'll feel proud knowing your work helps create safe, positive and empowering birth experiences while supporting the health and wellbeing of local communities. Here's What Will Help You Thrive In This Role

- Registration, or eligibility for registration, as a Registered Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and a current practising certificate.
- Strong clinical capability across the full scope of midwifery practice, delivering evidence-based, woman-centred care.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
- A commitment to continuous learning, quality improvement and culturally safe care.
