Registered Nurse – Wound Care | Avondale Heights & Footscray

Are you a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse with experience in wound care? We’re looking for a dedicated nurse to join our supportive team and provide high-quality care to clients in the Avondale Heights and Footscray areas.

What You’ll Do

- Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care to clients in their homes and the community.
- Provide wound assessment, management, treatment, and ongoing monitoring.
- Support clients with their overall health and wellbeing while promoting dignity, comfort, and independence.
- Monitor and report changes in clients’ health or wound condition as required.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, healthcare professionals, and other members of the care team.

What We’re Looking For

- Current Registered Nurse (RN) registration with AHPRA.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.




- Formal training and practical experience in wound care management.
- Solid clinical assessment, communication, and decision-making skills.
- A compassionate, reliable, and professional approach to client care.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the broader care team.
- Willingness and ability to travel to Avondale Heights and Footscray.

Pay: From $50.00 per hour

Licence/Certification

- NDIS Worker Screening Check (Preferred)
- Working with Children Check (Preferred)
- AHPRA registration (Preferred)
- First Aid and CPR certificate (Preferred)
