About the role

Cowra Health Service is seeking a dedicated skilled to join our multidisciplinary team, within the Inpatient & General Wards, where you will work closely under the guidance of the Nurse Unit Manager to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care.

Cowra Health Service facility redeveloped was completed in December 2025, the hospital now boasts state-of-the-art technology and contemporary clinical spaces designed to support high-quality patient care.

As a procedural 30-bed hospital, Cowra Health Service provides 24-hour emergency care along with a comprehensive range of services including acute and subacute inpatient care, medical and surgical services, rehabilitation, maternity and palliative care, as well as diagnostic, outpatient and community health programs.

In this role, you will be managing a varied caseload that offers broad clinical exposure and the opportunity to further strengthen your assessment, clinical reasoning and patient management skills. You may also be required to provide support in other wards as service needs arise, enhancing your versatility and professional development. This will be directed by the Nursing Unit Manager or Nurse Manager.
