About the role

Are you an early career Registered Nurse who has completed a Recent Graduate Program and is ready to take the next step? Join Orange Hospital's 12-month Critical Care Transition Program and build your skills, confidence, and clinical expertise in a supportive, hands-on environment.

Choose from one of three dedicated clinical streams ; Cardiology, Emergency or Intensive Care.

Throughout the program, you'll be supported by experienced Clinical Nurse Educators and work towards individualised professional development goals while gaining exposure to a diverse range of complex and challenging clinical scenarios.
