What You'll Be Responsible For: Full technical audit of 3 Word Press sites Creating and executing a rebuild roadmap Managing external developers and contractors Cleaning up plugin stack and technical debt Improving site speed (Core Web Vitals) Ensuring SEO-safe migration and structure Overseeing hosting, security and scalability Implementing clean tracking (GA4, GTM, conversion tracking) Creating a stable environment so marketing can move fast You report directly to the CEO. Must Haves





- Has led at least 2 full Word Press rebuilds end-to-end
- Has 5 years deep Word Press experience
- Hands-on website migration experience and deep Word Press skills.
- Understands hosting, performance, caching, and security
- Has managed dev contractors or agencies before
- Is commercially aware (understands impact on revenue)
- Can operate without constant direction
