Your Day on a Page

We are seeking a passionate and proactive Resident Wellbeing Partner to join our Resident Operations team. Located in our Melbourne office, you will work closely with Village and Resort Managers across your designated region to plan, coordinate and promote health and wellbeing initiatives that enhance the lives of residents. Acting as a key connection between residents, village teams and Keyton's preferred health and wellbeing partner, you will help deliver engaging programs, educational sessions, wellness initiatives and support services that enable residents to live well, stay connected and age confidently in place.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, coordinating impactful programs and making a genuine difference.

How You’ll Make an Impact Act as the central point of contact between cluster villages and resorts and Keyton’s preferred health and wellbeing strategic partner to support service delivery.

Work with village and resort teams to understand resident needs, priorities and wellbeing opportunities.

Develop and coordinate a tailored wellbeing program for each village or resort in your region, including education sessions, health consultations and exercise activities.

Arrange resident information sessions through Keyton’s preferred partner, including allied health services, My Aged Care and Support at Home topics.

Promote available services, support pathways and wellbeing opportunities so residents can access support when needed.

Monitor participation,



outcomes and resident feedback to support continuous improvement.

Support resident communications, presentations and wellbeing-related publications.

Maintain accurate records, reporting and administrative documentation.

Champion a welcoming, respectful and inclusive approach with residents, team members and partners.

About

You

You are an organised and relationship-focused professional who is passionate about supporting older Australians to maintain healthy, active and connected lifestyles. You enjoy working autonomously, building partnerships and coordinating programs that deliver meaningful outcomes.

To be successful in this role, you will have: Demonstrated experience in program coordination, stakeholder engagement or community-focused service delivery.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.

Proven ability to work independently and use initiative.

Strong technology skills and confidence using digital systems and applications.

Experience within Retirement Living, Aged Care, Community Services, Allied Health or a related sector will be highly regarded.
