Join Our Garden & Grounds Team at Highfields/Highfields Heights!

Do you love the outdoors and take pride in creating beautiful, welcoming spaces? We’re looking for a motivated, hands-on Gardener to help keep our GemLife resorts looking their best. You'll enjoy variety, autonomy, and working across premium resort environments while being part of a supportive, hands-on team.

Your day-to-day will include:

- Caring for established gardens and grounds
- Assisting resort teams to keep outdoor areas immaculate, safe and inviting
- Hedging, mowing, pool care & general upkeep
- Ensuring tasks are completed on time and to high standards





This role is Monday to Friday 6:30am-2:30pm working hours.
