We are looking for an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to join our Sarina team and play an important role in the day-to-day success of the store.

About the Role

As Retail Manager, you will help lead the retail operations of the store, support and develop the team, and ensure our customers receive an exceptional experience every time they visit.

This is a 30–38 hour per week role, working across 4–5 days, with flexibility around the hours worked. We are open to arrangements that may suit someone looking for school-hours work, such as approximately 9am–3pm, or another mutually suitable schedule.

The hours and roster can be discussed based on the right candidate and the needs of the store.

What You’ll Do

- Lead, support and motivate the retail team to deliver outstanding customer service
- Oversee the day-to-day retail operations of the store
- Help drive sales, promotions and retail performance
- Maintain high standards of presentation, merchandising and customer experience
- Monitor stock levels, inventory and product availability
- Support staff training, development and performance
- Assist with rostering and team coordination
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Ensure the store operates in line with company policies,



procedures and relevant health and safety requirements
- Work closely with the Pharmacist in Charge and wider store team to achieve the store’s goals
- Identify opportunities to improve the store, team and customer experience

What We’re Looking For

- Has previous retail management or leadership experience
- Is confident leading, supporting and developing a team
- Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Is organised and able to manage competing priorities
- Has a genuine focus on delivering excellent customer service
- Is comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
- Has good computer and point-of-sale skills
- Takes ownership and follows through on commitments
- Is positive, approachable and enjoys being part of a team
- Is aligned with our values and puts people first

Experience in pharmacy, health, beauty or community retail would be highly regarded, but we are also open to experienced retail leaders from other industries.
