ROUSSOS Recruitment is looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team and play a key role in delivering quality recruitment outcomes across the Construction, Engineering, Architecture, Property and Civil industries.

n

This is a delivery-focused recruitment role, working closely with our existing clients to understand their requirements and identify, engage and secure the right talent.

n

You will manage the recruitment process from initial candidate search through to placement, while building strong and genuine relationships with candidates along the way.

n

The opportunity

n

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:

n

- Manage recruitment assignments from candidate sourcing through to placement
n
- Work closely with clients to understand their hiring requirements and the type of candidate they are looking for
n
- Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, SEEK, our database and your own professional network
n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both active and passive candidates
n
- Conduct candidate interviews and assess suitability for each opportunity
n
- Provide candidates with honest and informed advice throughout the recruitment process
n
- Prepare candidates for interviews and support them through to offer and acceptance
n
- Manage communication and follow-up with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
n
- Provide advice around salary expectations, career opportunities and market conditions
n




- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within our CRM
n
- Build a strong talent pool for future opportunities
n
- Contribute to a positive candidate experience and support our ongoing aftercare process
n

About you

n

We are looking for someone who is people-focused, organised and genuinely enjoys recruitment.

n

You will ideally have:

n

n
- Previous experience in a recruitment consultant or similar recruitment role
n
- Strong candidate sourcing and interviewing skills
n
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
n
- The ability to confidently engage with candidates at all levels
n
- A proactive and resourceful approach to finding the right talent
n
- Robust attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments
n
- A genuine interest in understanding people's career aspirations and helping them find the right chance
n
- Experience within Construction, Engineering, Architecture, Property or Civil would be advantageous, but is not essential
n
