Job Description

Craignish Country Club Hotel on the Fraser Coast is seeking a Bar and Restaurant Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations, lead a hospitality team, and uphold our service standards.

n

You will oversee rosters, staff performance, cash handling, opening/closing procedures, and ensure RSA/RSG compliance. Requires several certificates and hands-on beverage and gaming experience; 38-hour week on rotating roster including weekends.
