Crown Resorts in Sydney is seeking a results-driven Sales & Relationship Manager to lead a portfolio of premium guests, delivering tailored experiences that drive loyalty and revenue. You will collaborate with marketing, VIP services, gaming, hotels and F&B; to exceed guest expectations.

With 5–8 years in casino sales, you will analyse performance data, negotiate with diverse clients and maintain accurate CRM records in Salesforce or SYCO, while maintaining confidentiality and high service
