- 5–8 years of experience in project engineering and MOC management.
n
- Solid understanding of engineering documentation and standards.
n
- Proficiency in SAP and engineering drawing tools.
n
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

n

Management of Change (MOC):

n

n
- Lead and coordinate the MOC process for engineering and process modifications.
n
- Ensure all changes comply with safety, regulatory, and operational standards.
n
- Conduct risk assessments and technical reviews for proposed changes.
n
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all MOC activities.
n
- Coordination with project manager and technical reviewers for completion of project.
n
- Experience in Brownfield oil and gas engineering projects
n
- Should participate in 3D model review.
n
- Supporting and coordinating or handling multidisciplinary team
n
- Proficient vendor management and client handling
n
- To have knowledge about various engineering standards
n
- Should have knowledge about project planning and scheduling




n
- Coordinates project issues identification and resolution process.
n
- Manage document updates, approval workflows, and close-out requirements.
n
- Prepare RFQs for engineering service providers, contractors, and vendors.
n
- Evaluate technical inputs and quotations.
n
- Coordinate with procurement teams for material and service requirements.
n
- Should have sound knowledge of all the documents or deliverables required for project execution
n
- Ensure documentation accuracy and alignment with project and process requirements.
n

Systems & Tools:

- Utilize SAP for engineering data management, maintenance planning, procurement, workorder creation.
n
- Communicate effectively in English with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
n
- Prepare and present technical reports, change proposals, and project updates.
n
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings and technical discussions.
