Remuneration: 121581.81 - 128898.29 full-time equivalent base salary range (+12% super + 17.5% leave loading and salary packaging)

Hours Per Week: up to 38

What you'll be doing

Provision of paediatric clinical pharmacy services at Sydney Children's Hospital Network sites with a range of duties including:

- Drug procurement and distribution
- Dispensary activities
- Providing pharmaceutical care
- Medication management system and clinical application support
- Medication safety vigilance
- Quality project and research activities.

Ensuring the provision of a high quality Pharmacy service according to accepted standards and practices to achieve the best outcome for the children of SCHN and their families and carers.

1. Full registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia with no restrictions on scope of practice
2. Demonstrated relevant Clinical Pharmacy experience (preferably including paediatrics) in a busy hospital setting
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
4. Ability to work as part of multidisciplinary teams
5. Attention to detail and accuracy in undertaking all tasks
6. Good interpersonal skills
7. Effective problem solving skills
8. Self-motivation to improve/develop skills relevant to current practice
