About the role

- Provide high-quality Scrub and Scout nursing care across a range of surgical specialties.
- Maintain a safe and effective operating theatre environment.
- Demonstrate sound knowledge of aseptic technique and infection control principles.
- Ensure surgical instruments, equipment and consumables are prepared and available for procedures.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive patient outcomes.




- Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives and patient safety standards.

About you

- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
- Recent experience in a Scrub/Scout nursing role especially in ophthalmic/plastics
- Excellent clinical, communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centred care.
- Flexibility to work across a variety of surgical specialties.
