We're seeking an experienced finance professional to join our Finance team as a Senior Associate, Finance Business Partnering. In this role, you'll work closely with senior stakeholders across the business to deliver high-quality financial reporting, analysis and insights that support informed decision making and enhance business performance.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys partnering with stakeholders, solving complex business challenges and translating financial data into meaningful recommendations.

What you'll be doing

- Partner with divisional leadership teams and key stakeholders to provide financial insights, advice and recommendations that support business performance.
- Deliver monthly management reporting, including analysis of financial and operational performance, key risks and opportunities.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, business planning and corporate performance reporting activities.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic and operational decision making.
- Contribute to business cases, project benefit realisation and performance outcome assessments.
- Drive finance initiatives and continuous improvement projects that enhance financial and operational outcomes.
- Support month-end processes, divisional reporting and ad hoc financial analysis.
- Build trusted relationships across the business and influence positive outcomes through effective stakeholder engagement.

What you'll bring

- Demonstrated experience in Finance Business Partnering, Financial Planning & Analysis or a similar commercial finance role.
- Strong financial and management accounting knowledge.
- Advanced analytical and financial modelling skills, with the ability to draw insights from multiple data sources.




- Experience preparing reports and presentations for senior leaders and executives.
- Strong budgeting, forecasting and management reporting capability.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence outcomes.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.

You bring a strong sense of accountability, maintain high professional and ethical standards, and can confidently communicate complex financial information to a range of audiences.

Qualifications

Essential

- Tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline.
- CA or CPA qualification, or an equivalent postgraduate qualification in finance or a related discipline.

Desirable

- Knowledge of funding and financial markets.
- Understanding of risk management practices and standards.

Experience

Essential





- Five or more years' experience in finance business partnering or a related finance role.
- Proven ability to provide meaningful insights and recommendations that improve business performance.
- Experience collaborating with and influencing a broad range of stakeholders.
- Experience preparing reports and presentations for executive audiences.

Desirable

- Experience in financial services organisations, particularly within Australian financial markets or treasury environments.
- Experience with risk management practices and project accounting.
