NUED Skin is looking for an experienced Beauty & Skin Therapist to step into a full-time Head Therapist / Supervisor role at our current Burraneer clinic, opening this November.

As NUED continues to grow, we’re excited to be expanding into Burraneer and are looking for an experienced therapist who is ready to take the next step in their career and play an important role in our new location from the beginning.

About the role

This is a full-time Head Therapist / Supervisor position based at our new Burraneer clinic, opening in November.

We’re looking for an experienced therapist with a minimum of 3 years’ experience working within a beauty or skin clinic environment who is confident in their treatments, passionate about skin and client care, and comfortable taking on additional responsibility within the clinic.

Alongside performing treatments and building your own loyal clientele, you’ll help oversee the day-to-day running of the clinic, support other therapists and maintain the high standards of treatment, service and client experience that NUED is known for.

You don’t need to have experience in every treatment or piece of technology we offer. Training will be provided on NUED’s treatment protocols, products and advanced technology where required.

Our treatment menu includes

- Advanced and customised facials
- Skin needling
- LED light therapy
- Skin peels Using medik8
- Brows, including shaping, tinting and laminations
- Lash lifts and tints
- Waxing and other beauty services

Strong experience across skin and beauty treatments is preferred, with a genuine passion for advanced skin treatments highly regarded.

As Head Therapist / Supervisor, you’ll also:





- Help oversee the day-to-day flow of the clinic
- Lead by example in treatment standards and client care
- Support and guide other therapists within the team
- Help ensure treatment protocols and clinic standards are consistently maintained
- Assist with client enquiries, treatment planning and more complex consultations
- Encourage strong rebooking, client retention and home-care recommendations
- Help create a positive, supportive and professional team environment
- Work closely with NUED’s owner as the Burraneer location grows

What we’re looking for

We’d love someone who

- Holds a relevant Beauty Therapy qualification
- Has at least 3 years’ experience working within a beauty or skin clinic
- Is confident performing a broad range of beauty and/or advanced skin treatments
- Has a strong understanding of skin and a genuine interest in achieving results
- Is confident taking initiative and supporting a team
- Has excellent communication and leadership skills
- Provides a warm, professional and personalised client experience
- Is comfortable educating clients and recommending appropriate treatments and home care
- Takes pride in their work and has strong attention to detail
- Is reliable, organised and confident managing responsibility
- Is motivated to continue learning and developing their skills
- Understands the importance of rebooking, client retention and building long-term relationships

We’re not looking for someone who knows absolutely everything from day one. We’re looking for an experienced therapist with strong foundations,



great client care and the confidence to step into a senior role while continuing to learn and grow with NUED.

Availability

This is a full-time position.

Applicants will need flexibility across our clinic trading hours, including weekdays, late-night trading and Saturdays.
