We are seeking an experienced Insurance Broker who is ready to take ownership of an existing portfolio while continuing to build and grow their own book. This role is ideally suited to someone already established in the insurance industry who is looking for access to quality clients, stronger referral opportunities and the backing of a respected advisory firm. You will have the autonomy to manage client relationships, grow the portfolio and shape the future direction of the Insurance division, while working alongside our Accounting, Financial Planning and Finance teams to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients.

Key responsibilities
- Take ownership of an existing insurance portfolio and continue its growth.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, becoming a trusted adviser on risk and insurance matters.
- Deliver tailored insurance solutions across commercial and retail clients.
- Identify and convert opportunities from within the wider Aspira client base.
- Drive new business growth through referrals, networking and existing relationships.
- Manage renewals, endorsements, claims and insurer negotiations.
- Work collaboratively with our Accounting, Financial Planning and Finance teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
- Contribute to the strategic growth and ongoing development of the Insurance division.

- Proven experience managing and growing an insurance portfolio.
- Strong commercial and general insurance knowledge.
- Excellent relationship-building and client service skills.
- Demonstrated ability to generate new business and identify growth opportunities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-motivated, commercially minded and comfortable working autonomously.
- Relevant qualifications and experience required to provide general insurance advice in Australia.
