Responsibilities

- Lead AI and data consulting initiatives for clients, advising on strategy, data architecture, and AI adoption to drive business outcomes
- Lead data, AI and digital transformation engagements for enterprise clients
- Partner with senior stakeholders to define data strategies, roadmaps and AI adoption plans
- Shape solutions across data platforms, analytics, AI/ML and GenAI use cases
- Drive consulting delivery, proposals, solution design and client relationships
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver scalable data and AI solutions

Requirements

- Proven senior-level experience in data, AI, analytics and technology consulting




- Track record of success in hands-on consulting and client-facing advisory roles
- History of delivering measurable business results through technical delivery leadership
- Deep understanding of data engineering, up-to-date data platforms and cloud environments like AWS, Azure or GCP
- Practical knowledge of data lakes, data pipelines, governance and advanced analytics
- Expertise in designing AI, machine learning and generative AI solutions
- Experience working with AI/ML tools and frameworks (e.g., generative AI, predictive analytics, LLMs) and applying them to real business use cases
- Confidence engaging with executive stakeholders to shape long-term strategy and lead cross-functional teams

Nice to have

- Background delivering large-scale enterprise AI transformation programs
- Technical proficiency with Databricks, Snowflake, Spark, Python or SQL
