About the Position

This role offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional looking to advance their career while delivering high‑quality accounting, tax, and advisory services across a varied client base. You will play a key role in supporting team development, enhancing operational performance, and contributing to the continued growth of the firm.

About You

You are an experienced and technically capable accounting professional who brings sound judgment, initiative, and a strong commitment to quality. Proactive and detail-oriented, you manage your portfolio with confidence and consistently deliver accurate, timely outcomes for clients. You thrive in a collaborative environment, contribute to process improvement, and provide constructive guidance to less experienced team members.



Your professionalism and experience enable you to navigate complexity, build trusted client relationships, and support the broader success of the team and the firm.

Key Attributes

- 10+ years’ experience with advanced technical capability across accounting, Australian Tax, business advisory, and compliance.
- Strong understanding and expertise of accounting standards, tax legislation, and complex reporting requirements.
- Ability to manage a client portfolio independently with excellent time-management skills.
- Demonstrated strength in advisory services, including interpreting financial information and providing strategic insights to clients.
- High level of analytical thinking and problem-solving capability, particularly in complex or ambiguous scenarios.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted and enduring client relationships.
- Able to inspire others with your leadership, motivating the team and championing community involvement.
- Ability to mentor and support junior team members effectively.
- Proactive, reliable, and detail-focused, with a commitment to quality work.
- Collaborative and adaptable,



with a positive approach to continuous improvement and ability to identify opportunities to add value and improve client outcomes.
