The Social Impact Programs branch team is currently seeking to appoint a Senior Project Officer to support a range of strategic, governance and operational projects within the Energy Accounts Payment Assistance team to deliver the NSW Government’s energy social programs.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the delivery of strategic projects, programs and policy initiatives that support government priorities and improve outcomes for customers and communities. The successful candidate will be involved in planning and implementing projects, monitoring program performance, undertaking research and analysis, and identifying opportunities for process and system improvements.

About You

You are a proactive and adaptable skilled with experience supporting projects, programs or policy initiatives in a complex environment. You bring strong analytical, and research skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, and engage effectively with diverse stakeholders. Your communication skills enable you to prepare clear reports, briefings and correspondence,



while your commitment to continuous improvement and customer-focused outcomes helps drive effective project delivery and evidence-based decision making.

Essential Requirements –

- Degree in relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
