Reporting directly to the Senior Growth Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a residential investment portfolio, delivering a high level of service to property owners and tenants.

Your responsibilities will include:

- End-to-end management of a residential property portfolio
- Building strong relationships with landlords, investors and tenants
- Managing lease renewals, rent reviews and tenancy matters
- Coordinating maintenance and liaising with trades and contractors
- Managing arrears and ensuring matters are followed through promptly
- Conducting and coordinating routine inspections as required
- Preparing entry and exit documentation
- Handling tenancy disputes and QCAT matters when required
- Ensuring properties remain compliant with relevant legislation
- Providing proactive updates and advice to property owners
- Working closely with the wider team to ensure a seamless client experience

About You





We are looking for an experienced Property Manager who can confidently take ownership of their portfolio with minimal supervision.

You will ideally have:

- Robust experience managing a residential property portfolio
- Current QLD Real Estate Registration
- Excellent knowledge of QLD residential tenancy legislation
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Confidence managing challenging tenancy situations and QCAT matters
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
- The ability to work autonomously from home while remaining connected with the wider team
- A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
